inputFormat: Temporary Instructions in Input Fields

To clarify the expected format of input there's often the temptation to fill in the field with a template. This script tries to facilitate this in the least intrusive way.

The template for the input is kept in "title" attribute of the field. It uses event-handlers to stay out of the way of the user by disappearing on que.

Without Javascript the example template will default to a tool-tip. Equally useful.
